About this office:
Established in 1981, Racine is an independent law firm.
With more than 170 professional staff (throughout France and Belgium), Racine offers its business law advice on the whole French territory, through its national offices (located in Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille-Aix and Nantes) but also in Europe, via its Brussels' office and its 9 partners and 17 associates. Racine also works on international cases and deals, in collaboration with members of the two worldwide legal networks TAGLaw and EUROJURIS International.
Racine asserts a strong litigation culture entering the service of counselling... and vice versa. Undoubtedly, the quality of our counselling is greatly improved by our significant know-how in litigation. Furthermore, the counselling activity gives us a unique experience when it comes to negotiate an out-of-court settlement in the context of litigation.
In the past few years, Racine developed three specific softwares, dedicated to the full satisfaction of our clients' needs and to costs optimisation:
·For the treatment of major judicial cases, our collaborative software (called "1515") electronically stores and organizes their contents through logical links which allow an immediate access to them. Besides, it contains audit programs to track all possible causes of nullity.
·For the treatment of M&A deals, our secure extranet allows a totally collaborative management on all levels of deals: sharing of documents, issuance of several versions of the same document, sending and storage of e-mails, schedule, etc.
For the treatment of debt recovery files, our second extranet is dedicated to the automation of tasks and to the scheduled production of complex documents, to insure an actual collection at the lowest cost.
Statement of Practice Summary: Agribusiness, Antitrust, Competition and Distribution, Business Criminal Law, Employment, Pension and Benefits, General Commercial, Insurance, Banking and Finance, Litigation, Mergers and Acquisitions / Corporate, Public Law and Regulatory, Real Estate, Restructuring and Insolvency.
