Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, P.L.C. was formed in 1975 as the firm of Menzies, Rainey & Kizer. Starting with a local general practice, emphasizing insurance defense, the firm has grown significantly over the years and tripled its office space since 1975. The firm now emphasizes insurance defense, especially in the areas of medical malpractice defense, workers' compensation defense, arson fraud defense; vehicle accident defense, tractor trailer litigation, products liability defense, premises liability defense, general personal liability defense, insurance coverage, health care law including representation and planning for health care providers including hospitals and single- and multi-specialty physician groups; commercial law including banking, commercial lending, and commercial transactions; residential and commercial real estate transactions; taxation law including tax controversies and business, personal and estate planning; and general business, corporate law and representation of employers in employment law issues.
