In his intellectual property work, Ralph represents companies in all aspects of advertising, copyright, trademark law, licensing and unfair competition, including representation in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, all civil and appellate courts (as well as abroad), and the Patent and Trademark Offices. He has obtained many favorable judgments and orders from these tribunals.
