Mr. Frazier has represented banks, lending institutions, real estate developers, wireless communication companies and other clients in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. He has extensive experience in commercial lending, real estate acquisition, real estate finance, land use and zoning and other complex commercial, banking and land use matters and is counsel to numerous financial institutions, real estate developers and corporate clients. Among completed transactions, Mr. Frazier lists numerous commercial developments, residential developments (including single and multifamily subdivisions), planned developments, condominiums and hotels. He has served as zoning counsel to numerous local, regional and national real estate developers and wireless communications companies and has supervised zoning for wireless communications clients throughout the midwestern, southern and southeastern regions of the United States.
Mr. Frazier has served as land use and zoning counsel on numerous commercial and residential developments and serves as legal counsel to numerous banks and financial institutions. He also handles commercial and real estate lending as well as complex workouts and foreclosures. He is a frequent lecturer to banking and real estate industry groups and frequently serves as a panelist for seminars sponsored by professional education organizations on real estate, commercial lending and land use topics. Mr. Frazier is nationally recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and by Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers as among the best lawyers in the State of Arkansas and the nation.
Mr. Frazier is a partner in Kutak Rock LLP's Little Rock office. He represents financial institutions and other creditors in complex debt recovery litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. His practice includes representation of secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 cases. He is a frequent lecturer to creditors' rights groups and serves as a panelist for seminars sponsored by professional education organizations.
Mr. Frazier earned his bachelor's degree from Olivet Nazarene University and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Arkansas.
