Randal French is a former law clerk for the Honorable Jessie R. Walters, then Chief Judge of the Idaho Court of Appeals and later a justice of the Idaho Supreme Court. Mr. French subsequently clerked for the Honorable Alfred C. Hagan, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge from 1984 through 1986. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section. He has authored several articles for the magazine for the Idaho State Bar, the Advocate. He has handled numerous appeals to the Idaho Court of Appeals and Idaho Supreme Court and from the Bankruptcy Court to the U.S. District Court of Idaho, the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been on the faculty of numerous seminars concerning bankruptcy law
