| Biography | Rany Sader is a founder of Sader & Associates. As Managing partner his main occupation is to set for the Law Firm's development and expansion in terms of operations, marketing and quality. Sader represents and advises International Clients in diverse industries. He attends and is often invited as a speaker at seminars and conferences related to Intellectual Property, Anti-Counterfeiting strategies and IP Enforcement. He is a prolific author of legal studies and publications in Arabic, French and English. He has contributed in a major part of the contents of the compilation "The Reference in IP Case Decisions" published in 2006 by Sader Publishers 1863. As founder and president of Sader Law Research Center (SLRC), he directed the implementation of numerous Rule of Law projects in Lebanon and the Arab Region such as: The Lebanese Laws compendium, the International Treaties Compendium, the specialized e-library for the Lebanese Ministry of Justice, Legal Opinions of the Legislative and Consultation Body of the Lebanese Ministry of Justice, the UAE MOJ Laws Compendium and website, the Sader Annotated Codes Series, The Lebanese Court of Cassation Series, The Lebanese State Council website and practical guide, the Gulf states e-portal and others. |
