Raymond F. Cardillo, Jr. has re-joined the firm's Electrical Patent Prosecution practice group as of counsel, focusing on electrical technologies. He is experienced in a broad array of consumer electronic technologies such as video display systems, A/V processing technologies and encoding schemes, electromechanical assemblies and many other related technologies.
Mr. Cardillo brings 29 years of experience in both ex parte and inter partes proceedings relative to his tenure in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a former examiner, Supervisory Patent Examiner (SPE), and Administrative Patent Judge (APJ) with the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (BPAI). During his service with the USPTO, he was the recipient of numerous awards, including a Bronze Medal from the United States Department of Commerce.
