Rebecca Wickhem (Becky) House

Rebecca Wickhem House is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the firm's Antitrust and Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practices. Ms. House's practice includes all types of commercial and business litigation, with a focus on securities and antitrust counseling and litigation. She has represented clients in state and federal court and in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Specifically, she has represented companies and individuals in SEC enforcement proceedings and related securities class actions, ERISA class actions, and derivative litigation, has assisted public and private companies in conducting internal investigations, has provided counseling and training to clients on antitrust and securities compliance matters, and has represented companies in complex commercial disputes. Ms. House has been a speaker on antitrust issues at the firm's annual Law of Product Distribution & Franchise seminar for the last six years. In addition, she was recently named to the State Fair Park board by Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle.

Ms. House joined the firm after receiving her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1998. Her bachelor's degree was conferred in 1994 by the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. House is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.

Ms. House was named to the 2006 list of Wisconsin Super Lawyers - Rising Stars by Law & Politics Media, Inc. for her general litigation work.
