Mr. Schaper has represented employers in state and federal court in a variety of employment-related matters. He also represents employers in all proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board as well as in negotiations, grievances and arbitrations. Mr. Schaper has special emphasis on wage and hour class action litigation and trade secret litigation.
