| Biography | Regina Baldwin practices in the area of commercial real estate law, with particular emphasis on highly structured commercial deals and large portfolio transactions. The scope of Ms. Baldwin's real estate experience includes all aspects of acquisitions, sales, financing, workouts, restructuring, foreclosures, leasing, capital market securitization and real estate management and development. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Baldwin was engaged as of counsel to the law firm of Winston and Strawn LLP in its commercial real estate financing group and was associated with Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP in its real estate department.
