Biography

Reid practices in the firm's Litigation Section specializing in financial services litigation. He represents consumer finance and mortgage companies throughout the country and has defended his clients in single plaintiff cases, as well as mass actions and class actions filed by consumers. Reid routinely handles mortgage cases involving loan origination issues, servicing issues and contested foreclosures. Reid also represents mortgage companies and correspondent lenders in repurchase and/or make-whole disputes as well as litigating mortgage fraud cases. He also has experience handling commercial cases, as well as intellectual property litigation.
