Rene focuses his practice on construction litigation and construction law, with an emphasis on the preparation and defense of federal and multi-state delay, disruption, and acceleration claims, payment and performance bond claims, mechanics' lien claims, and construction contract preparation and review. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, sureties, and design professionals.
Prior to joining Cohen Seglias, he was an associate in other mid-size firms where he also practiced in the areas of construction litigation and construction law.
