| Biography | Dick Grant is a shareholder in the firm. He has practiced in Naples since 1979. His practice is concentrated in real estate development, real estate financing, construction law, and business organizations and transactions. His experience in each of these areas is extensive and wide ranging. He has been board certified in real estate by The Florida Bar since 1987, he has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell, and is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Trend's Legal Elite. He has been recognized as The Best Lawyers in America "Fort Myers Area Best Lawyers Real Estate Lawyer of the Year" for 2009 and 2013 and "Fort Myers Area Best Lawyers Corporate Lawyer of the Year" for 2011.
