Dick is a member of the firm's Partner Board. He focuses primarily in real estate development disposition strategies; real estate portfolio management and negotiation; and design/build and construction projects. Dick has guided companies in developing real estate projects in excess of $1 billion, including office, industrial and specialized retail projects such as entertainment amphitheaters, wind tunnels, and riverboat casinos. While managing the portfolios of more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate, Dick has developed extraordinary lease management expertise and the ability to efficiently coordinate national real estate programs including determining real estate needs, structuring off-balance sheet financing vehicles, and negotiating ownership and lease terms. Dick was previously vice president and general counsel of Sverdrup Investments, 1987-1997.
