Rich King, a Director at GJTBS, litigates disputes in all Louisiana, Mississippi and Massachusetts courts. Rich has also published an article on professional negligence for architects and engineers in Louisiana entitled, "Recent developments in Louisiana law: Study of amendments to an engineer’s friend – LRS 9:2772" in The Louisiana Civil Engineer in February 2007 and drafted the Louisiana chapter of DRI’s 2010 Construction Law Desk Reference published in February 2010.

Rich is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the National Association of Subrogation Professional (NASP) and is the Louisiana co-chair for the Council on Litigation Management (CLM).
