Richard H. Epstein is General Counsel of the Firm and Vice-Chairman of the Firm's Litigation Department. He represents Fortune 500 corporations and banks in litigation involving complex commercial issues, including lender liability and construction litigation, in Federal and State courts. Mr. Epstein was previously associated with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where he was a senior litigation associate specializing in complex commercial litigation. Mr. Epstein is a member of the Firm's Management Committee as well as the Firm's Litigation Committee.
