Professional Experience Richard J. Wasserman is chair of Day Pitney's Financial Services department, chair of its Institutional Finance and Commercial Lending practice group, and a member of its Municipal Finance practice group. Rich practices in the area of corporate finance, including governmental financing, asset-backed structured financing, industrial development and tax-exempt financing, energy company financing, and private-placement financing. Rich has represented both issuers and investors in a wide variety of structured finance transactions and asset securitizations, often involving emerging asset classes.
