Richard Kremnick has extensive experience in all types of complex litigation matters and focuses his litigation practice in the following areas: · commercial matters · real estate disputes · construction matters · product liability disputes · environmental litigation · banking litigation As a member of Blank Rome's consumer financial services team, Mr. Kremnick regularly represents lenders and financial institutions in a variety of consumer finance litigation matters in federal and state court, including disputes under TILA, RESPA, FCRA, ECOA and FDCPA, state law CLRA and Unfair Competition claims, and a variety of common law claims. He is experienced with motions practice, oral argument, the discovery process, trial practice and post-trial work. Mr. Kremnick has received the highest possible rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Representative Matters · Directed team of trial attorneys in overseeing defense representation throughout Pennsylvania of nationally known retailer. · Served as national counsel for manufacturer of electrical components in product liability actions throughout the U.S. · Represented professionals in construction matters involving claims of construction and design defects. · Represents owners/developers in disputes involving claims for construction defects, delay damages, and related issues. · Represents parties in toxic tort litigation. · Represents lenders, manufacturers and others in CERCLA private-cost recovery litigation and Superfund litigation. · Represented municipal authorities and private entities in State and Federal enforcement actions. · Represents financial institutions in commercial disputes. · Represents insureds in coverage disputes. Community Service & Affiliations Mr. Kremnick served for many years as a board member of the Public Interest Law Center of Philadelphia as well as a board member of Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program. He also served on the Fairmount Park Commission Advisory Council. He is currently a member of Friends of the Wissahickon. Mr. Kremnick also serves as a mediator in the Philadelphia Bar Association's Landlord/Tenant Appellate Mediation Program and participates in the firm's pro bono efforts.
