Rick Boisseau is a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Practice Group. While experienced in the entire spectrum of employment relations law, Mr. Boisseau's primary focus is in traditional labor relations matters under the National Labor Relations Act. Mr. Boisseau has spoken at numerous seminars for lawyers and laymen on labor relations issues. In addition, he has written numerous articles on employment-related topics, and he is a contributing author to How Arbitration Works, Elkouri & Elkouri, the most widely used manual on labor arbitration.
