| Biography | Richard Robinson is a senior associate focusing on contract review. Mr. Robinson also has extensive experience litigating disputes arising out of federal and state government construction contracts. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey as well as the courts of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. Mr. Robinson is the co-author of "A Pocket Guide to Contractor's Notice Provisions" which was published in the Spring 2006 edition of the ABA's "Construct!" magazine. Mr. Robinson is resident in the New York office. |
