Dick Mullineaux uses his 30 years of legal experience to assist clients with civil rights, construction, professional liability, product liability, and transportation matters. He also handles corporate and business litigation. Dick has extensive experience trying cases in both state and federal courts. He has experience handling complex legal cases that explore how current laws are applied to matters involving the internet.
In 2010, he received the Indiana State Bar Association Civility Award, honoring an attorney for outstanding civility and professionalism in their dealings with fellow judges, attorneys, parties, witnesses and the public. He has also been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers list published in Indiana Super Lawyers Magazine every year since 2010. Dick is a member of several legal and professional organizations. He is currently the secretary/treasurer of The Sherman Minton American Inn of Court. Dick is also a member of the firm's Management Committee.
