Bob Boston is a partner at Waller Lansden. He for many years served on the firm's Board of Directors and in numerous other leadership roles. He is a trial attorney, and in his legal practice he handles commercial and business litigation, and the representation of employers in labor and employment litigation and dispute resolution. Mr. Boston also provides day-to-day management and strategic advice to clients in a wide range of industries. He has extensive trial and appellate experience successfully defending businesses in class and individual claims and in prosecuting their interests to judgment.
Mr. Boston is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, and is recognized regularly for his practice experience in local, state and national publications, including The Best Lawyers in America (Woodward and White, Inc.), America's Leading Business Lawyers (Chambers & Partners), the Nashville Business Journal, the Nashville Post, Business Tennessee, and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been honored as one of Business Tennessee's "150 Best Lawyers" and Nashville's "Lawyer of the Year," and has been recognized for both "Labor and Employment" and "Bet the Company" litigation by The Best Lawyers in America. He trains frequently on various business litigation and employment law issues for trade and industry groups and professional organizations.
