Bob Kelley concentrates on transactional real estate leasing, development and acquisition matters for a Fortune 20 client.
Before Edwards Wildman
Bob has been a transactional real estate, construction and contracts lawyer since 1985. He has represented clients who were acquiring, permitting, developing, financing, constructing and leasing commercial, industrial and multi-family residential property. Bob has practiced, taught and published in the area of landlord and tenant law.
Prior to joining the firm, Bob was Senior Counsel and Real Estate Counsel at a Fortune 125 retailer where he negotiated leases and subleases for more than six million square feet of space and sales and supply chain contracts with more than two billion dollars in aggregate annual sales.
Bob has served on the Council of the Boston Bar Association and co-chaired its Real Estate Section. He also served on the Board of Directors of The Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts and chaired its Legislation Committee. Bob was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer for several years beginning in 2005.
