Robert H. "Bobby" Mozingo is an experienced transactional attorney who has been representing clients in all phases of commercial real estate matters for over two decades. He has over six years of additional experience as a commercial banker.
Mr. Mozingo advises buyers, sellers, owners, developers, landlords, tenants, brokers, property managers, asset managers, real estate private equity groups, real estate investment trusts, borrowers and lenders in a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, development, financing and leasing of:

Mr. Mozingo represents banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of commercial loan matters, including closings, foreclosures, deeds-in-lieu, note sales, workouts and disposition of REO properties and other distressed assets.
Prior to joining Nexsen Pruet, Mr. Mozingo was a partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, LLC. From 1995 to 1999, he was a Vice President at Carolina First Bank.
Mr. Mozingo is a 1999 graduate of Louisiana State University's Graduate School of Banking. He is a South Carolina licensed title insurance agent and an approved attorney for several nationally based title insurance companies.
Mr. Mozingo graduated from Clemson University where he was a member in Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He earned his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina, where he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and the Order of Wig and Robe.
