Bob's practice focuses on the representation of governmental units as both general obligation and conduit issuers and financial institutions as bond purchaser, underwriter, placement agent, trustee, remarketing agent and credit enhancer in all types of public finance transactions, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, agricultural land preservation programs, tax increment financing bonds, special taxing district bonds, and multi-family housing revenue bonds. Bob also represents financial institutions in commercial loan transactions.
