Bob Grossman is a principal shareholder in the Miami office of Greenberg Traurig, where he began practicing corporate and securities law in 1982. With more than 20 years of experience taking companies public, acquiring and selling companies and as a business advisor, Bob brings a practical business-oriented approach to his clients' problems, focusing on accomplishing his clients' objectives effectively and efficiently. Bob has represented a diverse collection of public and private companies, including companies in the medical device, healthcare, technology and software, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and communications industries. He also co-chairs the firm's Israeli Practice Group and is a frequent business visitor to Israel. In addition to representing Israeli companies, Greenberg Traurig's Israel Practice Group provides assistance to companies through introductions to U.S. strategic partners.
