Professional Experience: Mr. Lucero is an associate in the Albuquerque office. He practices in the Business Department with an emphasis on real estate, land use and finance law. Mr. Lucero assists clients throughout all phases of real estate development, from acquisition and financing to securing entitlements to leasing and disposition. He also represents business clients before administrative bodies and the courts and is admitted to practice before all New Mexico state and federal courts, as well as before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. During law school, Mr. Lucero served as a Manuscript Editor of the New Mexico Law Review and won the 11th Annual New Mexico Court of Appeals Appellate Advocacy Tournament. Upon graduation, Mr. Lucero received the Clinical Honors award for outstanding representation of Business and Tax Clinic clients.
