Senior partners Robert Robinson and James Kriger have practiced law together since the mid-1960's, when Mr. Robinson's practice was merged with that of other seasoned defense counsel. Located in the legal corridor of Exchange and Middle Streets in Portland, they eventually became Maine's largest insurance defense firm: Mahoney, Robinson, Mahoney & Norman, with roots going back to 1917. In 1978, Robinson & Kriger founded this firm which has grown over the years, and now is known as Robinson, Kriger & McCallum.
Beyond its dedication to private clients, RK&M has pledged its support to the public sector and community as well.
Robert Robinson's leadership in the Uniform State Laws Commission and the Diocesan Attorneys Conference has received national recognition.
