He advises clients in M&A and other corporate transactions, on governance, D&O liability and other company matters, in the negotiation and drafting of business agreements, and in corporate and commercial disputes. He is also active in the real estate area. He is often involved in cross-border matters. He is recommended as an M&A specialist in the Cross-border M&A Handbook published by Practical Law Company. He joined the firm in 1991 and became partner in 1993. In 1986/87 he was a foreign associate in the corporate department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York. In 1988 he was admitted to the New York Bar. |
