Since its organization in 1910, RODRÍGUEZ & MENDOZA has, in an uninterrupted manner, provided assistance and legal advice to its clients. Since the very beginning, the firm began to expand its practice to domestic and international corporations. We are proud to said that in the last years we have participated in a substantial number of the most important transactions that occurred in Venezuela, from antitrust cases to project financing and capital markets issues.
Presently, RODRÍGUEZ & MENDOZA has 37 professionals, most of them fluent in English and some in French and Italian, working full time to provide an integral service to its clients. RODRÍGUEZ & MENDOZA places emphasis on recruiting the best talent that comes out of Venezuelan Universities and encourage young lawyers to register in national and foreign post graduate courses.

Additionally, RODRÍGUEZ & MENDOZA has been publishing for over 20 years a monthly newsletter under the name of "Reporte Legal" that includes information on relevant, new or amended legal rules and articles on subjects of interest. Members of the firm serve in Board of Directors of large Venezuelan companies, others are or have been professors of the Law Faculty of Central university of Venezuela and Catholic University Andres Bello.
