The Construction Law attorneys at Roetzel & Andress help our clients address the fast-moving and oftentimes confrontational construction issues they face. We address our clients' rights and obligations from the beginning of each project, and assist clients in making key initial decisions such as creating the type of delivery method or handling competitive bidding by crafting the bid documents. After the contracts are executed, we work with our clients to avoid disputes, handle all plans, specifications, and design changes, and decide the best strategy to implement when an unavoidable dispute or construction claim arises.
