• Represented two large northern Ohio hospitals in discrimination and retaliation suits as well as arbitration proceedings
• Defended hospitals and physicians against medical malpractice suits
• Represented nursing home company with multi-million dollar restructuring
• Defended a variety of medical malpractice cases, product liability defense cases and other personal injury defense involving high damage exposure
• Counseled a therapy company client on its multi-state national expansion
• Represented several large hospital groups and nursing homes in labor negotiations
• Defended discrimination claims brought against a variety of health care clients
• Represented lenders on sophisticated bond financings for nursing homes and hospitals
