The Public Finance Law attorneys at Roetzel & Andress offer extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Public Finance law. We serve as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, issuer's counsel, trustee's counsel, and providers of credit enhancement for private and public sector projects. We have experience in general, special, and revenue obligations of all types, including tax increment financing, governmental cooperation, and special assessments and bond fund financing. We assist clients in the areas of debt structuring with fixed and variable rate securities, multi-modal finance, auction rate securities, derivative securities, incentive finance, and leasing, including synthetic and operating leases. We act as bond counsel for governmental and private users, 501(c)(3) organizations, exempt facility operators, and low-income housing developers.
