| Biography | Roger Henriksen employs his background in accounting and twenty-seven years in law to help his clients achieve their business objectives. Specializing in construction, industrial contracting and real property law, he is continuously recognized by his peers and clients for his outstanding customer service and innovative solutions. Roger has extensive experience representing public and private owners and contractors in matters involving real estate acquisition and development, industrial operations and improvements, construction, professional licensing, partnering relationships, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. His extensive experience with land use planning and entitlements, service, supply and transportation contracts, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures, and leases is complemented by his work with administrative proceedings, including land use, and lobbying for and drafting of laws and regulations. In addition to his new administrative role as President of Parr Brown, Roger also serves on the Board of Hale Center Theatre. He is past President of the Grand Theatre Advisory Board, past Vice-Chair of Utah Taxpayers' Association and a former Chair of the Law Committee for the Associated General Contractors of Utah. Mr. Henriksen was listed in the 2004-2005 and 2007-2012 editions of Utah Business magazine's Utah's Legal Elite, and Best Lawyers in America 2007-2012 editions. A graduate of the University of Utah, Mr. Henriksen earned his B.S. degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, and his J.D. from the University of Utah, Order of the Coif, where he served as Executive Editor of the Utah Law Review.
