Biography

Roland Morris practiced in the areas of administrative, antitrust and healthcare law and economic litigation. He has appeared for clients before the Supreme Court of the United States, the supreme courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as numerous other appellate and trial courts.

General counsel to many trade associations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, he has been a member of the Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Section of the American Bar Association, the Administrative Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association, as well as a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the Society of Healthcare Attorneys.

Mr. Morris is a 1960 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School with a D.Sci. (Hon.) from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a graduate of Princeton University.
