Professional Experience Rosemary Ayers' real estate law practice includes the development, acquisition, financing, and sale of commercial real estate projects in New England and throughout the United States. She has substantial experience structuring real estate joint ventures for pension funds and representing fund advisors in the acquisition, financing, asset management, and disposition of fund investments. Her practice also involves guiding large redevelopment projects and public-private partnerships from concept to reality. She has also counseled developers and lenders of privately funded and government-subsidized multi-family housing projects in all aspects of acquisition, development, and management. Rosemary has also worked on numerous matters involving construction law and the development of residential and commercial condominiums and other forms of common interest communities. Her practice also involves advising lenders on the foreclosure and restructuring of real estate projects, including apartment, mixed-use and common interest community projects.
