| Biography | Rosemary is a member in the firm's Boston office. She practices in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Sections, focusing in the areas of complex business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and appellate practice. Rosemary is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. After law school, she served as a clerk for the Honorable Bruce M. Selya of the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She has served as the Chair of both the firm's Diversity Committee and Hiring Committee, and currently serves as the Section Manager of the Intellectual Property Section. She received her B.S. from Indiana University (1970), her M.Ed. from Boston University (1979), and her J.D. from Northeastern University (1986). |
