Since joining Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin in 1993, Ross has devoted his time to defending employers and their carriers in workers' compensation matters. He has handled more than 2,000 workers' compensation cases, establishing a niche in this well-defined area of the law. Ross also handles federal black lung litigation and Medicare set-asides.
Ross is a graduate of the University of Scranton, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Subsequently, he attended the University of Dayton School of Law and completed the requirements for his juris doctor in 1989. Ross began his legal career at a general practice firm in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, practicing in the area of workers' compensation litigation.
Ross proudly devotes time and effort to the Exeter Civil Service Commission.
