Ross devotes his practice to defending employers and their carriers in workers' compensation matters. He also handles federal black lung litigation and Medicare set-asides.
Ross is a graduate of the University of Scranton and University of Dayton School of Law. He began his legal career at a general practice firm practicing in the area of workers' compensation litigation.
Ross proudly devotes time and effort to the Exeter Civil Service Commission.
