Ruby Chan is a member of the firm's Securities & Corporate Finance Practice Group. Prior to joining Davis, she spent a summer working at the British Columbia Securities Commission. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, Ms. Chan attended the University of British Columbia. After completing three years towards a double major in English literature and political science, she left the Bachelor of Arts program to enter law school. Ms. Chan articled at Davis before joining the firm as an associate in 2003.
