Started formal operations in January 1993. The firm was the result of the merger of two independent law firms led by Piero Antonio Rusconi Gutierrez and Benjamin Valdez Iraheta, both with a combined experience of more than 30 years. After the incorporation of Sandra de Cabezas as a new Partner in 1998, the firm has been steadily growing in a wide variety of legal services in the country. Effective last quarter of 2001, the firm finished a merger with a specialized firm in the international legal market. The merger has allowed the firm to reinforce its international division as well as the local tax and corporate practice.
