Rushton, Stakely, Johnston & Garrett, P.A. was founded in 1890 in Montgomery, Alabama. The Firm has practiced under its present name since 1942 and is presently composed of over 30 attorneys. The Firm's litigation practice is substantially defense oriented in the areas of professional liability, antitrust, commercial business disputes, media, products liability, insurance defense, fraud and securities cases.
