The client base is North American and European in scope.
The firm was established in June 2009 after merger of two independently existing law firms: Ružička & partners, s.r.o. (originally law office Jaroslav Ružička) and CVD s.r.o. (originally Csekes, Világi, Drgonec & Partners spol. s r.o.), which are active for several years in the Slovak legal services market. In their activity our office follows the extensive practical experience of its predecessors, which have been established in 1992 and during their existence they acted as strong, solid and major subjects on the legal services market.
Our principal place of business is in Bratislava, and we have the subsidiaries in Prague, Zagreb and Sofia. We offer consulting in all business areas, providing each client with products of universal legal and tax constructions offering not only formal legal solutions, but also addressing economic, financial and tax consequences.
Since 2004, Ru.iČka Csekes s.r.o. has been formally associated with CMS Cameron McKenna v.o.s. and CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Rechtsanwälte GmbH - members of CMS Alliance, which markedly expanded the room for employing international experience and competences to improve our capability to meet our client needs. CMS provides a deep understanding of legal, tax and business issues and delivers client focused services through a joint strategy executed locally across 28 jurisdictions with 56 offices in Western and Central Europe and beyond.
