Ruth D. Marcus is Counsel with the Toxic and Mass Tort team in the New York office of Wilentz, Goldman and Spitzer P.A. As the daughter of an asbestos exposed shipyard worker, she has successfully represented hundreds of workers who have suffered from occupationally induced asbestos related disease. In addition, she has litigated other toxic tort and defective product cases concerning repetitive stress injuries, silicone breast implants and a mass tort involving fraud.
Ms. Marcus is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and a member of The American Association for Justice.
