Ryan Hemminger has managed a variety of litigation matters during the course of his career. An associate in the Litigation Practice Group, Ryan focuses mainly on complex commercial litigation. He has tried cases in the Western District of Texas and before the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Some of the matters Ryan has assisted clients with include breach of contract, copyright infringement, negligence, fraud, non-compete and declaratory judgment issues. He has represented construction companies in contract disputes and collection matters and has also handled litigation concerning civil rights issues and orphans' court matters.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Ryan served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Ralph J. Cappy and Judge Maureen Lally-Green of the PA Superior Court.
