| Biography | Ryan Green is a Partner in the Labor & Employment Law Department where he focuses his practice on all aspects of employment law and general civil litigation. Specifically, he defends employment claims and lawsuits involving Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and other wage and hour violations, noncompetition, non-solicitation and trade secrets, employment contracts and business torts. Additionally, he provides advice and counsel to employers with respect to wage and hour issues, including exemption audits and reclassification, and assists companies in the development of employment policies, procedures and handbooks. In addition to employment law, Ryan also has extensive experience defending insured and self-insured individuals, businesses and governmental entities in litigation involving motor vehicle, truck and railroad accidents, premises liability, products liability, workers' compensation, negligent security, dram shop, shopkeepers' privilege, real and personal property damage claims, subrogation and bad faith/unfair claims practices.
