Since the firm's establishment in 1939, S. Friedman & Co. has been one of Israel's most distinguished law firms at the forefront of the development of Israel's legal community and jurisprudence. In 1948, with the establishment of the State of Israel, one of the founding partners of the firm left the firm to become Israel's first Attorney General (later Minister of Justice). Over the years the firm has grown to be one of Israel's most prominent law firms, with some 55 legal professionals based in its offices in Tel Aviv and Haifa.
