| Biography | Keenan Carter is counsel with Waller Lansden and practices in the area of trial and appellate law. Mr. Carter's practice primarily includes the representation of businesses and individuals in a broad variety of commercial disputes. Recently, he successfully obtained an arbitration award on behalf of a healthcare company in connection with the breach of a physician recruiting agreement. Currently, he is defending a matter that addresses the scope of a corporate officer's fiduciary obligations. His practice also encompasses the representation of pharmaceutical manufacturers in mass tort litigation. Mr. Carter also serves on both the firm's Associate Development Committee and Diversity Committee.
