Member, Construction Practice Group Practice Focus Ms. Kogel has a broad background in the resolution of commercial disputes, representing individuals and partnerships as well as closely held and public corporations. She is experienced in construction related matters, trade secret protection, unfair competition, partnership and corporate disputes, disputes between condominium and cooperative corporations and their converting sponsors, financial and construction defect disputes between developers, cooperative corporations and condominium associations and mediations.
