Sal has successfully defended clients for nearly a decade in matters involving individual and group life, health and disability across the county. His cases involve STOLI (stranger-owned life insurance), claims of bad faith, consumer fraud, unfair trade practices, ERISA breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract. In addition to successfully bringing matters to verdict, Sal has prepared and argued successful appellate briefs before the Third and Sixth Circuits, in addition to drafting numerous winning dispositive motions.
Transportation
Sal has been involved with transportation litigation for more than a decade. He has defended tractor-trailer companies and their drivers in catastrophic injury cases through verdict. As a member of the firm's 24-hour emergency response team, he travels to accident scenes to investigate and represent drivers before authorities. Sal is experienced in managing extensive investigations, aggressive discovery and many different types of experts in the fields of police procedures, bio-mechanics, all the various medical specialties, employability, life care and economics. Sal has also represented shippers in toxic spillage and exposure to hazardous products during transportation.
