    Sam has extensive experience serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to cities, towns, special districts and political subdivisions in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable debt. Sam's experience includes traditional general obligation financings, revenue bond financings and special district financings.

    Notable Experience

    · Served as bond counsel to cities, towns, regional school districts, and regional transit authorities throughout Massachusetts in connection with the issuance of general obligation bonds, bond anticipation notes, and revenue anticipation notes.

    · Assisted cities and towns throughout Massachusetts in connection with the issuance of debt through the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust.

    Sam practiced law in New Mexico, serving as bond counsel and disclosure counsel to cities, towns, counties, colleges and universities in numerous public finance transactions. Prior to law school, Sam worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley.
